Honest and Personable service advisor! I recently brought my car in because it was making a noise and Mr. Rivera was very helpful in explaining what my car needed to get done to get it fixe I recently brought my car in because it was making a noise and Mr. Rivera was very helpful in explaining what my car needed to get done to get it fixed and how long it would take. I got shuttled home in a timely manner, got picked up when it was ready, it was a smooth process! It was a plus my car had been washed and vacuumed! I went for my second service yesterday and I will continue to go there. My service advisor, Rafael Rivera was very explicit when it came to describing the work that was done to my car. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He has a ton of insight of the cars. I felt comfortable trusting the information he provided and he had great customer service. great car, excellent sales staff Was referred to Miller Toyota of Anaheim through Costco Auto purchase program. Talked to Matt Shullte director of Fleet Sales who was low keyed,inf Was referred to Miller Toyota of Anaheim through Costco Auto purchase program. Talked to Matt Shullte director of Fleet Sales who was low keyed,informative and friendly. Absolutely no pressure. My wife and I went their twice and both times he was courteous and patient. He located a Rav4 Limited Hybrid which had recently been released. This SUV is just what we wanted ( including interior/exterior colors) It has all the high tech safety features we had asked for plus the economical hybrid engine with AWD. It rides great and is a very solid vehicle. My wife and I are very satisfied with this purchase. Also Richard Rios who is their financial director was friendly and low pressure too. This made for a good experience all around. If your thinking of getting any Toyota and your in this area (Anaheim, Orange County) I would highly recommend this dealership. No I don"t know anybody and have no ties there. JohnW. More

Long waiting time for just simple drop off I dropped off my car because of service recall. Home is only 1/2 mile away and waited for a ridiculous 45mins(still counting) of a shuttle drop-off to I dropped off my car because of service recall. One of their employees said shuttle is out and waiting for it to come back for my drop off. How long does it need to wait? It's good enough for 15mile round trip. More

The employees are honest, helpful, and answered all of my questions. As a first time car buyer, I was nervous about making such a big purchase, but I am extremely happy with my decision and would recommend this dealership to family, friends, and strangers. Paul Schulte, the Fleet Manager, sold me the vehicle. His patience and lack of pressure to "buy now" was something I doubt I would receive at another dealership. It was no surprise that he has been with Miller Toyota of Anaheim for 23 years. His experience and knowledge of the vehicles was extremely crucial to my car buying. Paul spent multiple days with me on the lot, allowing me to test drive the same car more than once, to make sure that I was completely comfortable before making my decision. I took the car back to the dealer for some routine maintenance and again was given the utmost respect and quality of service. Tom Lu, the Service Manager, also left a great impression on me as a customer, and I will most definitely bring my vehicle back to him for future services. I highly recommend Miller Toyota of Anaheim! More
