Horrible experience with the sales department. My sister went in to test drive a vehicle she has be eyeing.She wanted to know her options. Sale person Felix was nice. Then David Cornejo a vehicle exchange associate yell at her and humiliated her. He basically threaten her that if she didn’t take the deal he would lose two trucks as an exchange. When my sister told him she wanted a new vehicle not a used he then proceeded to accuse her of wanting a discount. I don’t care if it’s the end of the month deal as a grown man there shouldn’t have been no disrespect towards a female. He probably did so because she was alone. I bet he wouldn’t have yelled at a man.Reading old reviews looks like this dealer has problems with customer service. There should be more respect. As someone who has worked in this industry I know that bad reviews affect the department. I took the time to write a review because buying a vehicle shouldn’t be a humiliation it should be a joy and the associates should be working hard and respecting the clients wants. More

There was a recall for a problem with the power steering on my 2005 Camry. It had to be fixed before sending in the registration. It was dropped off on Wednesday, and I picked it up on Friday. Driving it ba on my 2005 Camry. It had to be fixed before sending in the registration. It was dropped off on Wednesday, and I picked it up on Friday. Driving it back home, I noticed the driver's side window that wasn't working properly was also fixed! I really appreciated it. More
