Online buyers be aware, they will treat you like a second class customer. I called Toyota of Anaheim to purchase a truck they had listed on their website. The sales person, Daniel P. informed me they have had the truck for a long time and would soon send it to auction. I told him I would like to buy it on a Thursday, but didn’t hear back from him. On Friday I called and spoke with their sales manager, Hector. He was very nice and knowledgeable, I told him I would like to buy the truck and he told me he would get the documents drafted up. On Saturday I called again and he told me things had changed, there were other people interested in buying the truck so I would have to wait until Monday to see if it was still available. I called the general manager, Josh Irvine, multiple times and left a message, but he could not be reached. Later that day they called me to tell me they had sold it to one of their employees and it was no longer available. When I came back to pick up my car at 5:30pm and I see that they didn't do the oil change and they only change the breaks. I then ask the service guy Rico what happened how come theydidnt do the oil change and didn't check one off the doors that's not locking properly, he then said oh we didn't have the time to check how are they not able to complete the full service on my car if the car was their since 10:00am till 5:30pm, he was also very rude when I ask how come only one thing was done on the car. But since he was more concerned about making he's money he only did the breaks not happy with the service More
