I when in for service and all 4 breaks replacement on my 2021 camry well I was told by the service adviser Rico it would take about 4 to 5 hours he told me to han out in the dealership well they fo the whol 2021 camry well I was told by the service adviser Rico it would take about 4 to 5 hours he told me to han out in the dealership well they fo the whole service on the car. When I came back to pick up my car at 5:30pm and I see that they didn't do the oil change and they only change the breaks. I then ask the service guy Rico what happened how come theydidnt do the oil change and didn't check one off the doors that's not locking properly, he then said oh we didn't have the time to check how are they not able to complete the full service on my car if the car was their since 10:00am till 5:30pm, he was also very rude when I ask how come only one thing was done on the car. But since he was more concerned about making he's money he only did the breaks not happy with the service More

Elcer was more than amazing! I was actually down the street at a different dealership and the guy helping me out there was your typical shady dealer.
