I want to write a thank you review for ANGEL in the services department. I had a construction truck drop a whole thing of nails on the street and ended up with 10 NAILS in my tire. I called services to see if it was covered in my warranty and Angel did everything possible to get me the best deal and even tracked down his manager so I would have the most accurate information. When I scheduled an appointment for 7am, he called me back and updated me. Although 7am wasn't available he put me in at 8am which was the next best time. I am so thankful and grateful for Angel. He is the Best!!!!! More

I have been going to Miller toyota for 3 years last visit was Sept 19th due to my maintenance light went on now they supposedly top all fluids on Oct 18 my oil light went on what the xxxx check oil and no oil I bought 1 quart put it in took to Irvine toyota they took care of me they filled oil up and told me it's either two thing Miller did not fill up oil or car is burning oil but they found no leaks so I have to check oil now and keep checking oil if oil is low again then they will do an oil Consumption test. And mind you I had an oil change in June I go each and ever time to have my car taken care of to have peace of mind and this happens and I can not even speak with the service manager not good More

Arrived for my 3:30 appointment on time and queued at the appointment lane. Noticed a lot of customers waiting for their vehicles to be delivered from the service bay. After waiting 40 minutes with a few advisers making eye contact but never acknowledging me, I was finally approached by Fabian Ramos. His oil change quote for a 2007 Highlander would be $59.95. Argued that I usually pay $29.95 and that was the the price quoted to us when we made the appointment. Will take my business somewhere else. More

Also the tires were under-inflated and not up to spec. All those "inspections" they do are not accurate. How can you overfill the oil?! How can you not add the proper amount of air to the tires?! I have a Toyota Highlander and it runs wonderfully well with nary an issue. I am not writing about my purchase experience, which was great. Based on my single interactions with three different members of the service team at Miller Toyota of Anaheim, I cannot recommend servicing your vehicle at Miller Toyota. I was driving west on the 91 to pick up my daughters from school when one of my rear tires blew out. I exited the freeway on Euclid and turned into Miller Toyota. Based on my purchasing experience, I didn't think I would have an issue; but wow, I did indeed encounter some issues. My tire was completely flat. First, I asked if the service department had someone who they could send out to help. A gentlemen assured me that he would have someone right out. After waiting over 10 minutes, no one came out. I took out my spare and then headed back to the service department as I still needed to borrow a jack. The gentlemen I spoke to was no longer at his desk, so I went into the office next door and talked to another gentlemen. Similarly to the first person, he said "no problem" and that he would send someone out with a jack (Highlander comes with jack, but mine doesn't function). After waiting 15 minutes and still no one coming out, I went to back to the service department. In the third office was the service manager. I patiently waited for her to finish her phone call. When she was finished, I told her about my experience. This encounter was the most bizarre and discouraging of the three. She informed me that they could not simply help me for free. Instead, she would charge me. I told her that I would solve it out on my own and she said that she would have be towed because I could not change a tire on her lot. I then said, ok, I will call AAA. She said that they could not change a tire on her lot either. While I was upset because I was a good Toyota customer and thought I might get better help, I simply walked back to my car. I called AAA and they arrived swiftly to help. Toyota personnel could have performed better by either (a) telling me from the beginning that they could not help, which would have allowed me to call AAA from the start and pick up my daughters from school on time, or (b) letting me borrow a jack, which would have allowed me to pick up my daughters from school on time.
