I came in to finish buying a new car that was ordered and that I put a deposit on and they kept pressuring me into buying OPTIONAL add-ons. They kept telling me that I HAD to pay the extra to buy the car bec that I put a deposit on and they kept pressuring me into buying OPTIONAL add-ons. They kept telling me that I HAD to pay the extra to buy the car because many others would be willing to pay for it. As a customer their main focus should be to make sure I leave happy with MY car (as I put a deposit) not to make the most money they can and saying others would pay for the extra fees. I repeatedly told them no and they kept saying I MUST buy the add-ons. After some time they dropped some but tried to be sneaky by altering the numbers on the other add-ons. For example, I was being charged about $300 for 3M protection and then when I go into the finance room and ask for the detailed paperwork turns out they raised it to about $700. They did make sure to fix it since I noticed and told them. I then returned a day later to cancel add-ons after looking over all my papers because that IS something I’m allowed to do and was told that they couldn’t because they gave me the best deal. I come in again 2 days later about my tint and to again ask if I could cancel the add-ons. Thankfully I was persistent and they canceled the add-ons since they actually were never installed. That was another issue that I had to deal with here as apparently some of the add-ons that I was told were installed actually weren’t and I would’ve never known if I didn’t ask for them to check. When I asked for them to check if I had brake alert the sales manager said it was all good and then when I asked for him to step on the brakes so that I could see myself it actually wasn’t installed. There was 2 add-ons that I would’ve paid for and not even actually had. They claim that a department would have reached out to set up an appointment for installation, but when we talked to that specific person she said that she didn’t have me on file because the paperwork said it was installed. There is so much more that I could say but to keep it simple I would not recommend and if you do be careful! Watch those numbers they give you and make sure to verify everything is installed. Lupe and Johnny were great in this experience and would give them personally 5 stars. More

Wendy Tran works in financing and is biased on who she works with. If she doesn’t want to work you they will give you the run around so save your money do not work with her or Toyota of Anaheim. first sh works with. Once I had three thousand, they shot up the price of the same car two weeks later by 5,000. Wendy told me specifically I need to drop 10,000 down payment for any car and I have not heard that from any other dealership just Wendy Tran. She is unhelpful, rude, and has prejudices towards certain people and will not work with them More

I've brought my 2007 Avalon for service since I purchased it in 2008. Bob Cross has always taken GREAT care of me, but I have been told he is no longer there. Not sure who I can trust to help me now. sold my lease here and agreed on a plan to get my check in about 5 days if everything looks good when the car company sends out the title to them. it was my mistake agreeing especially to $200 under the K in about 5 days if everything looks good when the car company sends out the title to them. it was my mistake agreeing especially to $200 under the KBB instant offer when other dealers farther away were offering to cut me a check that same day. the next day i saw my car listed up for sale. a day after that, my lease was paid off and two days after that, on JULY 19th, my car company sent out the title. after weeks of drama and completely false information (based on my initiative in making calls everywhere to find out info/status) leading me in circles really making me feel they were trying to run away with my money. everytime i was given complete opposite and contradicting info ending with "we did our part, there's nothing more we can do, give it another week". I put a stop to it by going up the management ladder, reaching the very professional Sales Manager who apologized and promptly prepared my check for same day pick-up. the kicker -the check was dated, JUL 19th, the day the car company indeed sent out the title. NOTHING about my countless interactions with people here over these long and painful weeks makes me believe they were true to their word and that they were actually going OUT their way to deceive and push me away from my check. I wanted to pass on a review regarding Gene Echavarria, who is one of the people behide the scene in the Parts Department. The OEM parts are so expensive that i have been searching Amazon and Pep-boys etc. I found a universal rear view mirror, and it really didn't do the job. I recently visited Gene at the Miller Toyota parts counter, and we begin a conversation regarding Scion parts. My goal was to price the three parts that i needing and the parts number so that i could source them online. After telling Gene my plans he tried to get me to purchase that parts from him. I informed him flat out that the OEM parts were too expensive. (example: The rear view mirror $160). Lets just say that Gene gave me a very good deal on the parts and i couldn't refuse the deal. I made the purchase, thanks Gene! More

In this insane car market ToA was like an oasis for us poor wandering souls. From the minute I inquired about purchasing a new vehicle I had individualized, professional, and timely support. I even visited other dealerships in the OC prior to this and I can confirm they were the most timely, convenient, technologically savvy, and on top of my order. From initial conversations to end of sale I received some of the best customer service you could ask for. In particular, Karina was like my personal guide, car guru, resource, and concierge. I couldn't ask for a more kind and supportive associate. I have never seen folks respond faster! Even the financing department under Luis/ Fernando gave me a better APR and final deal than I expected (I didn't think it was possible at the low end I was already quoted by competitors). There were a small few mixups in paperwork and they were quick to help problem solve which shows their commitment to customer service. In sum I sleep great at night in my new Prius because of these folks (let alone because the MPG for these beauties is incredible btw.) Looking to service and heck maybe another new car someday through ToA until my last days on this little blue marble! :) More
