My visit today to the service department at Miller was not well managed. This was not like any other appointment I have had. I bought my Camry new in 2016 at Miller, and have been a loyal Service customer not well managed. This was not like any other appointment I have had. I bought my Camry new in 2016 at Miller, and have been a loyal Service customer ever since. Youbert has always taken great care of me, and he is a primary reason I keep coming back for almost 7 years now. After checking in my car for very minimal service - oil change, checking fluids, and tire rotation - I proceeded to the waiting room. After amost 4 hours, and no updates, I went looking for Youbert. He found me in the waiting room and explained there were five mechanics who did not come to work today, and they were really backed up. I wish I’d had known that when I checked in. I would suggest that when there are extreme service limitations on a day like today, your service department should call the customer and warn them upfront before they spend four hours waiting and have no idea why. I am not even sure Youbert knew at the time I arrived around 11:30 AM That the situation was not going to be good today. Anyway, I got out around 3:30 PM and had spent much more time then a typical visit to Miller for routine service. But being kept in the dark on the status was some thing did not seem fair to your customers. Youbert was not at fault for this circumstances today. I trust him, and he usually is very communicative. On my receipt, I see no evidence that the oil change I wanted was performed. Can you please explain that? Dan Lyding More

I found a Tundra on the Toyota website and reached out to the dealership. After sporadic communication with multiple people I got nothing but poor communication or none at all. The absolute worst dealership. Unhelpful, lazy, slow, and overall rude. Don’t even bother making a service appointment because your car will still be there for 4+ hours.
