Bought a used car with low mileage. Dealer said before we bought it that they would do an inspection. Now about 6 months later with their 1st oil change they are telling me the vehicle Dealer said before we bought it that they would do an inspection. Now about 6 months later with their 1st oil change they are telling me the vehicle has repairs that requires immediate attention and vehicle should not be on the road. Is this something they missed on the inspection they did when they sold it to me? UPDATE: since contacting the Toyota of Anaheim dealership and the manager. they promptly responded to my concerns and asked to see what the mechanic report said. They worked with me on getting these repairs done. I felt that the manager and his crew listened to my concerns. They communicated and took action right away. I am thankful this had a great outcome. thank you. More

Got there a 15 minutes before my appointment, took them four hours to do my fourth complimentary maintenance on my vehicle. There were people arriving well after me who had their vehicle serviced and were four hours to do my fourth complimentary maintenance on my vehicle.
