Well first of all costumer service is so terrible they need to work on it they need to give them more training to their service advisors.. I took my 2021 camry to get all new tires and get the oil service need to work on it they need to give them more training to their service advisors.. I took my 2021 camry to get all new tires and get the oil service done and I'm so disappointed because they ended up damaging all 4 rims as soon as I received my vehicle the service porter didn't even hand my key he just gave a really rude attitude saying oh they are inside the car.. what kind of customer service is this ??when I checked my tires I notice they were all damage I spoke to my service adviser ricardo benitez letting him know about the damage but he tried to get away by saying my rims had curve side damage... made it seems like it was my fault.. which I find it very very rude that they damage them and try to deliver my vehicle on that condition.then I spoke to the service manager who offered to fix the issue then when livk up my car fromm gett6 the rims fix notice they only did nothing but spots repairs on my rims.. ricardo acted like they did a good job.. but they look terrible .. I'm truly disappointed i wouldn't recommend this dealership at all!!!! More
horrible experience with this dealership, they take advantage of the people. at time of making a deal they promised us a specific APR which was agreed upon. when the first state came in it was a differ advantage of the people. at time of making a deal they promised us a specific APR which was agreed upon. when the first state came in it was a different much higher APR. Called and spoke to the sales person who we made the deal with and he insured us that it should been correct to please go back. when we went back was told by the manager that the deal had already been made that there was nothing they could do. that we could go to a different bank to get a better APR. even with the sales person stating that was not the agreed upon APR. they sold the car now don't anything to do with you. DO NOT go to this dealer if you want to be scammed More
When I drove in, it took a very long time before a service advisor came to talk to me to see what I needed even though I had an appointment. I’m glad I chose this dealer to trade in my car. I wasn’t happy with my car officially because of my interest and high monthly payments. I went into this dealer thinking I was gonna come out with the same thing or I wasn’t gonna be able to trade in my car.(hopeless) After a long day Elcer Hernandez Help me out so much he gave me a positive income. I came out with a brand new 2024. Lower payments monthly and lower interest rate with a low down payment I couldn’t be happier. Honestly it’s a life change for me. 100% recommended!! Also Jonny Mora from finance help us so much. He also explained to us since my other car had a gap insurance that I could get money back something that not everybody knows and I didn’t know so I’m happy. He also told us that.
