Just had a great experience in buying a BZ4x at Toyota of Anaheim. Fernando spent as much time with us, as we needed. Especially with a big learning curve for this newer tech. Very unorganized dealership, Upper management seems too important to deal with customers having serious issues. Service team does not double check vehicles before sending them out to be ready for customers important to deal with customers having serious issues. People only seem to care about customers when they are trying to buy a vehicle and then have no care for other customers. They provide promised delivery times that are false and not true. Overall had a horrible experience here. More
I had an appointment at 10 am for a software update and it took me more than 4 hrs of waiting. Despite of my scheduled 10 am service slot , i was told that It would take 2 to 3 hrs because there are still it took me more than 4 hrs of waiting. Despite of my scheduled 10 am service slot , i was told that It would take 2 to 3 hrs because there are still many vehicles being service. What happen to their appointment schedules??? Anyway i just agreed to wait but didn’t expect to that long 4rs+. More
Went for a regular oil change. I asked for any promotions, instead of being honest. Which you can say to me , No. Adviser just put regular oil instead of synthetic oil. I think taking my car in to the dealership for service is probably my bottom 5 favorite things to do. However, my service advisor, Thomas Wasnok made me feel so comfortable from the second he approached my v probably my bottom 5 favorite things to do. He communicated with me well and I felt a genuine sense of care from him. I will be sure to ask for him every time moving forward. The only change I would have made was to have a car wash at the end of the service as an extra perk. More

Straight to the point and had customer satisfaction as his priority the whole time. He even came on his day off to present the car to us, himself!
