1. Terrible customer service!!!! Typically, my previous dealership experiences have been that you deal with 1 salesman from beginning to end. By the time we finished up we were “Serviced“ by 6 different sa dealership experiences have been that you deal with 1 salesman from beginning to end. By the time we finished up we were “Serviced“ by 6 different salesmen and had to reconvey details every single time. 2. PREDATORY PRACTICES: a. They have a security system that they put on all cars on the lot. They try to charge you hundreds of dollars for the system without explaining what the service is or how to access the benefit. b. They lied about the terms of our pre approved financing in order to try and convince us to finance through Toyota. 3. After waiting around for several hours, we finally got to the finance office. another hour later we wrapped up with the finance manager and was finally ready to go. Unfortunately our “sales rep” was no where to be found. I had to ask 3 separate times to get someone else to give us the keys and let us leave. This lasted for approximately 30 minutes until the sales manager finally did something and had another sales rep assist. Overall this was a 4.5 hour experience. I cannot imagine how long other customers have to be at the dealership with this kind of service, when they aren’t as prepared or educated on the car buying process. Honestly, this is the worst car buying experience I have ever participated in. More
