I had been searching specifically for a Toyota Prius for multiple months. I visited many Toyota dealerships during this time. During the process of my search she always answered my phone calls and promptly replied to my emails month after month! She was patient with me, helped me with the process of preordering my vehicle and gave me updates up to the date of arrival. Day of vehicle arrival: At the dealership there were complimentary water bottles, cup of noodles and lots of seating in the waiting area. Ashley helped me throughout the whole process, and filed all the paperwork. Adrian showed us the vehicle giving us many details about it, he also made sure the vehicle was fully ready, contacting difference staff members to make sure the final touches to the car were done— tire caps, wash and full tank of gas! Javier helped with the loan terms explaining all the details and answers all of my questions.
