My experience at Toyota of Anaheim was great! I arrived for my scheduled oil change and was immediately greeted and told someone would be with me shortly. When the service rep came up to me a few I arrived for my scheduled oil change and was immediately greeted and told someone would be with me shortly. When the service rep came up to me a few minutes later he was kind and worked quickly and explained everything clearly while offering me extra services. When I politely declined he did not push the issue. I dropped off my car and was able to pick it up after 2 hours. The entire process was easy and I felt respected as a customer. As a woman stepping into an auto dealer/shop, it is important to feel like I’m being treated with the same respect and dignity as a man. More

And the topic of the day was customer service & the great importance of customer service. Today I was helped out by a mature & professional crew, and it was a huge turnaround. I just want to thank Josh for sincerely helping me and my family. He went above and beyond making sure that I was a happy customer. His transparency and keeping me up-to-date is truly appreciated. I also want to thank Fernando Nájera, sales manger, who went above and beyond, with his patience, knowledge, understanding, and speediness. He made sure we were satisfied to the T. He gave us so many sincerely great deals, I was so impressed. He even talked to us about the GREAT IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am so blessed and pleased with how I was treated. I want to also thank Cynthia, she explained everything so well, she was so sweet and made me feel part of the Toyota family. Karina was just amazing, made me feel so comfortable and she helped turn my experience into an amazing reward. You can tell they take good care of their customers. Even Marco from parts & accessories was very helpful. Yes, I will continue to do business with them, and recommend anyone to get a Toyota. I know for a fact that I can come get my oil change or get any repairs with confidence knowing they got my back. We purchased a used BMW from Toyota of Anaheim on October 21, 2024 (140 days ago). We have repeatedly contacted the dealership regarding the vehicle's registration and license plates, only to be told various 21, 2024 (140 days ago). We have repeatedly contacted the dealership regarding the vehicle's registration and license plates, only to be told various false excuses (for example: the DMV is holding it up and they are notoriously slow, to the bank is being problematic regarding the paying off of the original loan). The Dealer has failed to act responsibly, has not provided our registration documents and plates within the 90 day timeframe required, has been giving us the run-around and continued false information on status, and has completely failed in the registration transfer process. On Friday, 2/7/25 we notified the dealer that we were going to file a complaint with the DMV OC Investigation Office. They asked us to wait until Monday, 2/10/25 so they could resolve the issue. It is now 3/4/25 and we still do not have our registration or plates. TOA really dropped the ball. More

Set up an appointment that they did not keep record of. I even got a call from the team to confirm my time of appointment and the record of what the issue was. The technician was I was told to look for was not informed at all on my vehicle nor the agreed upon time. What was supposed to be scheduled ended up being a 3+ day wait with no solutions, just pushing back the deadline. The technician was a fine man, professional and great with his follow ups. The scheduling left much to be desired. More
