I came in with some issues regarding sensors and computer related problems. I ended up paid nearly $1400 on mechanical services but the issues were not fixed. I really felt welcomed and the service advisors were very helpful. Jerico and Robert helped me understand about my toyota care plan and answered other questions and concerns I had about my new car, very att helpful. I came in to fix the sensor problems. The advisor told me it was because of battery issue. I took his advice. At the end I paid nearly $1400 . I drove away but found the sensors still have issues. It never fixed . I came back. A technician said they weren’t told about sensors. It never fixed. They said it would cost me $840 more for fixing the computer system on the sensor matter. I was angry. I will write this up to Yelp on this kind of service performance by this Anaheim Toyota dealer.
