Went in for service with an appointment. Was told it’d be a 3 hour wait but I was out in exactly 2 hours. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of seating and a TV. My wife and I purchased a new RAV4 highbred from Miller Toyota of Orange in January. After signing the contract we noticed there were mistakes. I contacted Johnny in finance and told him of the mistakes. He told me we would be receiving a check and adjusted warranties on our Toyota care card by mail, by the end of February. We have not received anything now that it’s the middle of March and cannot get a hold of Johnny or Victor in finance. As $42,000 customers we do not feel we were treated well. More
