Needed a front alignment on my 2015 Toyota Venza. Had an appointment for 9:30 AM but arrived 15 minutes early. Was checked in and waited in the customer lounge. After 3 hours without any text updates, I checked with the service advisor to find out the status of my car. He said that they dropped the ball and they would get it done in half an hour to 45 minutes. He said he would only charge half the price but after voicing my frustration with the service department he said that they would fix the car at no charge. This will be my last time going to Toyota of Anaheim. More
