We requested a pick-up ride but we did not hear back from anyone for 45 minutes. My wife needed the car to go to work and out of urgency she ordered the Uber to get to the dealership. We requested the service department to reimburse us for the Uber payment. It is only a small amount - $12.55 but it is the principal which they refuse to pay. I really cannot give myself any reason to service my car again at this location. More

pay4inspection fee, they waive fee if u decide to do the repair. BUT don't tell you they charge you the fee for the mechanic hrs too. You proceed on, "$190/hr for mechanic rate" pay the inspection fee, take to another dealer...they'll fix it for a cheaper price. Save $500. Supervisor promised to call back after complaints...had to chase them down. Tried calling the general Mgr too, Joshua Irvine..no success More

I came in to just look at the Highlander and see what the car looked like. I had no plans to buy but just look.
