Came in for services but was informed that the system is down due to hacker. Signed a paper authorization form instead. A few days later, I found out I was charged twice (for the same amount). I contacted t down due to hacker. Signed a paper authorization form instead. A few days later, I found out I was charged twice (for the same amount). I contacted the dealership for a solution and got informed that they will take care of it right away. It was NEVER resolved. Filed a dispute with credit card company instead. What a mess…. More
