Today’s appointment at Toyota of Anaheim for an oil change scheduled for 11am, was by far the worst service I received at this location I didn’t get checked in until 1145. While, three cars from the n change scheduled for 11am, was by far the worst service I received at this location I didn’t get checked in until 1145. While, three cars from the non appointment Lane were busy being helped and driven to the back to get worked on and those us of with appointments got no got to sit in our cars in the heat while not one service rep was at any of our cars . It’s now 254p, I still I have No status of my car being ready. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service, Toyota you need to do better. It’s gonna be a while till I decide to bring my car back. It’s not worth it with the price is so high and you guys holding onto cars for more than two hours for a simple oil change. More

Over the past few years, I've taken two of my Toyotas to this dealership for service and tires and have been extremely pleased. Ask for Youbert Moreh as your service dept. rep. He's honest and fair. Great customer lounge, too. Fee lattes and donuts!!! More
