Service is very poor. I got there today at 9 AM. Wasn’t there until about almost 330 4 o’clock just to find out that it was a battery issue and I just think it should’ve h I got there today at 9 AM. Wasn’t there until about almost 330 4 o’clock just to find out that it was a battery issue and I just think it should’ve had not took that long for a technician to figure that out that it was a bad battery issue. I think you guys need to start executing the jobs more quicker you know for five hours go by ridiculous to find out that it takes that long to figure out a battery issue service is very poor though today.
