My experience, this time was not as good as the spirit of the past I took my car in for an oil change Francisco ALBARADO was the service advisor. So one of the other people out there tried to help me My key was in the rack, which meant my car was done as in Francisco‘s key rack, but Francisco was nowhere to be found Francisco finally returned and took another 30 minutes to get my car out to be and pay the bill My feeling was that he left me sitting there waiting for my car when I could’ve had it much earlier had he been on the ball? The next time I’ll have my oil change somewhere else spending three hours is much too long More

Art was a wonder to deal with. As soon as I pulled up into the service drive, he greeted me kindly and helped me. I drive a 2010 4Runner with 130k miles. First time getting a real inspection on the vehicle in a couple years. Art showed me an inspection video and my vehicle was overdue for several maintenance items. No upselling just Art letting me know what my vehicle needed. Took care of everything and it’s never ran better. Literally it’s noticeable. Great staff More

I had the worst experience. I paid off my vehicle and the staff at this dealership did not know the process and therefore, I was being instructed with the wrong information.
