This dealership really helped my family out, not on just one vehicle, but THREE. They work to make you happy, the customer happy. The sales team (especially greg and john) is extremely friendly, very communicative, very informative, and do not just care about selling you a car, but about your experience within the dealership. Freddy, the sales manager is the icing on the cake. He responded to all of my questions, and assisted his sales team through the entire process. When we were waiting originally (on a busy Saturday) Freddy approached us HIMSELF. He serves as a great manager. We were served coffee and water from the start. If you need a toyota or a scion, take the trip to this dealership. You will leave happy. :) More

Specifically, I negotiated a trade in of my convertible and purchase of a Highlander (Dennis D. is a Superstar). The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and professional. We felt like a valued friend/customer versus a number (our experience at other dealers) with everyone we dealt with, from our first visit to picking up the vehicle.
