However, one day my husband and I happened upon the Newton NJ Toyota Dealership; we decided to look at cars for my daughter--her first car. We we were paired with John J DeCicco, Toyota sales expert. Never in my years of going through this process have I felt so comfortable and taken care of. I am going to describe John with words not normally associated with a car salesperson: kind, knowledgable, helpful, caring, honest, warm!!!! Our intention was not to buy a car that day, but John worked so hard to find us a deal that we could afford, on the exact car our daughter wanted, that we bought it on the spot! John, even kept it there for us so my daughter could come home from college and pick it up. He even put a bow on it for her. Another great shopping experience On Monday September 22 my partner and I stopped in the dealer to look at Rav 4s. I currently owned a 2012 Scion XB purchased at this dealer. Betsy Marrero was once again a great sales woman. We have purchased 9 vehicle from her in our time in Sussex County. She spent a long time with us and we finally settled on a 2015 Toyota Venza. This is a much better vehicle for me and our Great Dane and Pitbull. Great Experience Took my Camry in for its 200,000 mile check up and while waiting looked at new cars. Walked out an hour and a half later with a new 2014 Prius!
