Help on a snow blizzard day I made it in for my early morning appointment even though it was snowing like a blizzard. I thought that my appointment would only be 1 hour, but whe I made it in for my early morning appointment even though it was snowing like a blizzard. I thought that my appointment would only be 1 hour, but when I learned that it would be more like 2.5 hours, Bill Finn offered to drive me to work. He is the best. He drove in a manner through the horrible traffic and snow storm that made me feel comfortable. The whole time telling me about Toyota and how much he liked working there. He was equally interested about me and ask questions to keep the conversation going. Before I knew it, I was at work and he was returning to Toyota West. He offered to come back and get me, but I had a full schedule. So a friend brought me back to Toyota. More

Other dealerships will never compare My wife and I have been going to Toyota West since 2006 and since our very first vehicle purchased they have impressed us over and over again. From th My wife and I have been going to Toyota West since 2006 and since our very first vehicle purchased they have impressed us over and over again. From the salesman, to the finance manager, to the service guys, their team is second to none. I have sent numerous friends and colleagues to Toyota West and everyone of them has also become return and possibly life long costumers. Since 2011 my wife and I no longer live in the state of Ohio yet we still make the 6 hour drive just to be able to purchase from this elite, one of a kind team. We are life long customers! Our most recent purchase was a 2015 Toyota Tundra Crew Max. We couldn't be more happy with the vehicle. We were also very surprised to see their brand new state of the art facility. I would like to specifically recommend our salesman Chad Sothard who has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are 100% satisfied from beginning to end. We will continue to buy from Chad as he is cut above and always holds himself to the highest standard. I would also like to recommend Herb Holler. He is a finance manager at Toyota West and is clearly one of the best in the business. Both of these men are the absolute best at what they do and Toyota West is extremely fortunate to have such employees taking care of their customers. More

I totaled my car I had to get another car after getting into an accident. One of my friends referred me to Toyota West and I was dreading the trip because it is a big I had to get another car after getting into an accident. I called first and talked to David Seaman and he was awesome form the beginning. When I first arrived, I told him what I wanted to pay a month, he said "let me see what I can do" When I said can I have it in black, he said "let me see what we have". I have wanted a Toyota Corolla for a few years now and guess what??!! I am driving a BLACK 2014 Corolla with only 7800 miles on it and my payments are the same. I am sooooo happy right now. David Seaman and the finance guy who did my paperwork are great. I will be referring as many people as I can to Toyota West!! More

Battery replacement I came in for a battery replacement and it was so corroded that I needed new terminals. He did everything right from an amazing attitude about the cars and the way they drive to the realism that he expresses in his speech. There was no corny sales pitch just real interactions between people. His knowledge on cars is pretty impressive.
