Additional work was needed I went in for a oil change and alignment. Turns out 2 tires were bald and needed replaced. He is the most soft spoken, courteous and professional car salesman I have ever encountered. When I bought a 2011 Camry in 2011, I wasn't even serious about a new sedan or anything from Toyota. I was just looking. However, Roberts' expertise and professionalism coupled with his sales style had me leaving in a new Camry. When I bought the 2015 Tundra, in late February 2015, I knew the dealership and salesman that I wanted to visit to see ablout Toyota trucks. Rober Smart and the dealership made the experience very positive. I have been recommending them since 2011. More
