Service appointment I took my highlander with 160,000 miles in for an oil change. The car also started running very loud a few days before. I was told I needed new brake I took my highlander with 160,000 miles in for an oil change. The car also started running very loud a few days before. I was told I needed new brakes and a new exhaust pipe. My service advisor, Breandan, was great to work with. He walked me through what was wrong with my car in terms I could understand. He also helped me understand which of the items were optional and which needed done urgently. I chose not to have the work done because the cost was more than I wanted to put into such an old car. I'm now looking at new Toyotas to purchase. More

I brought my Prius in to have a tire repaired, but I also had a notice in the mail about a recall on a sensor for the passenger seat belt or air bag or something. I was thinking I'd wait, but it turns out the work on the sensor recall would be 2 h or so. I was given a ride home, with the expectation that I'd be picked up after the service was completed. The driver was very personable, and thanks to him, I learned a new way to go to Toyota West, among other things. I know my car is in good hands at Toyota West. More
