Tire Situation I went to Toyota West for an oil change. My experience with Toyota West has always been a great experience until Tuesday, June 23rd. After my oil chan I went to Toyota West for an oil change. My experience with Toyota West has always been a great experience until Tuesday, June 23rd. After my oil change, I was informed by a service man that my tires are actually snow tires and was asked if I knew that. I was not informed of this until June 23rd; the car salesmen I worked with when I got my car in September 2014, did not inform of this. The service man told me to go over to Pre-Owned, talk to my car salesmen, and see what if they could recommend something. Long story short, I ended up talking to a Pre-Owned Manager named RYAN MORELAND. He was so rude, talked over top me, wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to ask. He embarrassed me in front of at least 4 other workers with the way he was talking to me. He kept assuming and insisting that he was not going to replace anything and that there was absolutely no way he was going to even look into tires for me and in his words "it's not my problem." I then demanded to speak to someone above him when he then replied "he's going to tell you the same thing...." AARON CRUM was a breath of fresh air. He was very calm, listened to what I was trying to say and ask (my main concern was that my tires were going to need replaced before July and I am using my car for a family vacation). He even offered to pay for 2 of my tires for me. If you ever come to this place, ask for AARON CRUM! He is the ONLY reason why I will be returning to Toyota West. More

Shuttle Service Bill Finn was the shuttle driver who took me from and to the dealership since my van was going to be in service more than one hour.
