It was a very inexpensive van, yet it didn't matter to Brandon. He spent half a day with me the first day and several days after making sure I was taken care of. He was wonderful. He really loves what he does and it shows. He should be the manager. The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the manager of used sales was very rude. Dave Huff is the best service manager of any service department I've ever visited. He was efficient, caring and just plain nice. I'll never deal with anyone other than these people when I need a car or need one repaired. Thanks for working so hard guys. More

AS WE APPROACHED THE FINANCE MANAGERS OFFICE I TOLD DAVID EXACTLY WHERE I NEEDED TO BE WITH PAYMENTS AND INTEREST RATES ETC... SO DAVID AND THE FINANCE MANAGER RICKY WORKED FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS ON MAKING IT WORK FOR ME. NOT ONCE DID EITHER OF THEM GET FRUSTRATED WITH ME TAKING UP 75% OF THERE DAY. ONCE WE GOT ALL THE FIGURING COMPLETED OF THE NUMBERS, I SIGNED APPROXIMATELY 20 SHEETS OF PAPER AND IT WAS DONE! NOW I HAVE POSSIBLY THE NICEST PONTIAC G8 WITH ONLY 30K MILES! ALL BECAUSE OF TOYOTA WEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO TOYOTA WEST! A+++ SERVICE! More
