It was a very inexpensive van, yet it didn't matter to Brandon. He spent half a day with me the first day and several days after making sure I was taken care of. He was wonderful. He really loves what he does and it shows. He should be the manager. The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the manager of used sales was very rude. Dave Huff is the best service manager of any service department I've ever visited. He was efficient, caring and just plain nice. I'll never deal with anyone other than these people when I need a car or need one repaired. Thanks for working so hard guys. More
Service I took my car in for a 75k mike tune up and to have a bad odor caused by spilled milk cleaned from my car. Michael Porter took care of me from the call I made to set up the appointment to adding a second odor bomb because the car needed it upon pick up. EASIEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I HAVE TO GIVE TOYOTA WEST A 5 OUT OF 5 STARS! THIS WAS THE EASIEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. I LITERALLY SEEN THE CAR FROM A DI I HAVE TO GIVE TOYOTA WEST A 5 OUT OF 5 STARS! THIS WAS THE EASIEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. I LITERALLY SEEN THE CAR FROM A DISTANCE AND KNEW IT WAS THE ONE FOR ME. NORMALLY AT A CAR DEALERSHIP YOU WILL HAVE A SALES REP TRYING TO TALK YOU INTO THINGS THAT YOU HONESTLY KNOW YOU CANT DO. NOT AT TOYOTA WEST! DAVID MOORE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ASSISTED IN MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF FORCING ME TO MAKE A DECISION.. I TOLD DAVID THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS THAT I HOPE IM NOT WASTING YOUR TIME BECAUSE I MAY NOT GET THIS VEHICLE TODAY. WHAT DID DAVID DO? HE STUCK BY MY SIDE AFTER DEBATING LEFT AND RIGHT ABOUT PULLING THE TRIGGER ON BUYING THIS CAR.. AFTER AN HOUR OR SO I AGREED ON BUYING THE CAR. AS WE APPROACHED THE FINANCE MANAGERS OFFICE I TOLD DAVID EXACTLY WHERE I NEEDED TO BE WITH PAYMENTS AND INTEREST RATES ETC... SO DAVID AND THE FINANCE MANAGER RICKY WORKED FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS ON MAKING IT WORK FOR ME. NOT ONCE DID EITHER OF THEM GET FRUSTRATED WITH ME TAKING UP 75% OF THERE DAY. ONCE WE GOT ALL THE FIGURING COMPLETED OF THE NUMBERS, I SIGNED APPROXIMATELY 20 SHEETS OF PAPER AND IT WAS DONE! NOW I HAVE POSSIBLY THE NICEST PONTIAC G8 WITH ONLY 30K MILES! ALL BECAUSE OF TOYOTA WEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO TOYOTA WEST! A+++ SERVICE! More

The other Toyota at Morse rd never offered this type of customer service. People who worked at Toyota said hello to me and called me by my first name.
