HONEST SERVICE STAFF I had my car inspected by 2 other service centers, both said I needed new shocks and struts. However, when Toyota West did 2 tests on my Corolla they I had my car inspected by 2 other service centers, both said I needed new shocks and struts. However, when Toyota West did 2 tests on my Corolla they said my shocks and struts were perfectly ok, saving me over $900.00. I will only take my car to Toyota West for service in the future. More

He even drove us around to find the specific car we could not find on the lot, and we eventually found it. They went out of their way after the purchase to take care of any scratches we noted on the car and made sure we were satisfied with everything about the car before we left and again after we brought it back to fix up the scratches. I was going to pay cash for the car, but they let me use a credit card which lets me get points from the purchase. Most dealers will only let you charge a limited amount. More

Brandon Barnthouse greeted me immediately and put me at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly. We found a car I liked and he walked me through the purchase process. Justin Humphreys led me through the finance procedure and worked with me on finance details.
