An added bonus us that they offer free shuttle service, allowing me go to work instead of wasting my time waiting at the dealership. The shuttle driver, Bernard Cherry was especially engaging, and both times he drove me was a pleasure to be with. Also, both times that Bernard picked my up at work, he was early. I look forward to my next visit to the Toyota West service department. More
