Service dept. doesnt want to do the work. Got my first Toyota a couple months ago, and received a a catalytic converter replacement service bulletin for it. My home/work puts me about right in the middle of the 4 dealerships in C'bus, but Toyota West was closer to my home, so i picked them as my dealership. I called on Dec 1st @ 11:35a, and spoke to a Logan. After collecting all my information, she said they had to order the parts, and would call me back when the parts came...probably a few days. No call. I will gladly take my business elsewhere, since it appears you dont want my business in the first place. Goodbye. More

I have no credit and was able to get a car without a cosigner due to Matthew's help. I even referred a friend to him who was able to get a lease.
