Phenomenal experience I came here on a Sunday without a reservation and I had a phenomenal experience . I left with a total upgraded car than what I came in with and they gave me $1000 for the car I traded in. they gave me 100% exactly what I was looking for at the same price that I was paying for my old car and was in the exact price range that I was looking! Toyota west is my new go to car dealership and I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle. I can't speak for all the workers but Fred is the guy that I dealt with and as far as I'm concerned he is the best he thoroughly listen to me gave me what I was wanting and did everything in his power to make my experience wonderful. SUCH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE My aunt and I went to Toyota West with an expectation of not being able to get approved for a car. Neither of us have the perfect credit score. My aunt filed bankruptcy a few years ago, so she basically had no credit she did however need a co-signer which was expected anyways, she got a used 2012 Nissan Altima which she absolutely loves. Also a few years ago I bought a car from JD Byriders (2006 Dodge Stratus) biggest mistake of my life. I have been paying on my care for already 3 years and paid over $12,000 for this car already and still have 3 years left., but anyways they was able to trade in that car even though there was a lot of negative equity and got me a brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla Le Plus. I know this is a lot but I just wanted everyone to know our story. The people at Toyota West is awesome and they really seem like they care about you. Matthew Swier and Bryan Frye are the best and when you do go get a new car make sure you ask for Matt Swier. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! WE BOUGHT A USED AND NEW CAR FROM THEM.
