I came in for a routine 6 month rotation and inspection. I was recommended to spend over $1400.00 for four new tires and new rotors The car is 6 1/2 years old with 31,000 miles. After consulting my trusted auto mechanic, I decided that Toyota West was trying to see "what was in my wallet" more than anything else. As a senior citizen on fixed income, I have to be careful of these tactics. In addition, the representative recommended new wiper blades for $74.00! When they went to install them, they realized they were the wrong ones, and that they didn't have mine in stock! Overall, a disappointing experience. More

Brought my car for service two weeks ago for oil change. CJ told me I needed breaks, so I scheduled to get with fixed. Everything started out good. Was advised where to hangout. After about 2 plus hrs. No one ever came back to follow up or to advise status of my maintance.
