My first car!!! I had been needing a car since I started driving. My mom recently got a car at Toyota West so she suggested we go there. I wasn't really sure what kind of car I wanted but I knew I wanted a smaller vehicle. So first I looked at a used Prius, test drove it and loved it. But I wanted to explore my options so I looked at a used Scion, the gas mileage wasn't as good as the Prius so we went back and decided to look at the numbers. Unfortunately the Prius was out of my price range so Brandon directed me to the 2016 Corolla. At first I wasn't too sure due to the fact that I loved the Prius. But then the numbers came back and they were perfect with my price range. I looked around at the colors and different models to see which one I liked. I'm so glad I went to Toyota West and was able to work with all of the kind people there. Brandon, Robert, Don, etc. made my experience of buying my first car even better! More
Worst Customer Service Experience - Avoid this dealership I would never recommend anyone purchasing, leasing or servicing a vehicle from this dealership. I had the worst customer service experience with Toyot I would never recommend anyone purchasing, leasing or servicing a vehicle from this dealership. I had the worst customer service experience with Toyota West and Andrew Wilson who was the sales person. I returned my leased vehicle, then leased a new one. Later on, I was charged by TFS over $150 for not returning the spare keys of the returned vehicle for which I actually did. Andrew Wilson acknowledged that this was a mistake on their part. A month after, I made a follow up on the issue but he said there is nothing they can do. Basically, he said "this is our mistake due to a miscommunication between my sales manager and me", which caused me to pay TFS $150 plus taxes, and that he said "there is nothing else I can do for you". You can't even refund $150 to a customer for a mistake you did? What an excellent customer service. Never go to this dealership. In addition, he led me to turn in my old lease vehicle and to get a new vehicle. My concern back then was that I just paid my month's lease payment 2 days prior, so if I have to turn the vehicle in I would only turn it in after I maximize the month's lease. But he convinced me that I would get a pro-rated refund for the days of the month after I terminate the lease. I never got a pro-rated refund and he denied we had this conversation or agreement. Very unprofessional and dishonest. You just lost future businesses with me, my friends and my colleagues. More

I was introduced to Cory Doty. He was very kind, warm and very cordial. He was not aggressive, pushy nor try to rush me. He was patient, allowed me to ask my questions and remained very professional and kind. I appreciated this immensely. He remained in this demeanor naturally all through the process that evening & the next afternoon. Even with my 4 young grandchildren present the next afternoon he was patient and still caring. The night of the sale in my opinion he went the extra mile & finished unloading my trunk from my Corolla and packing it so very well organized in the 2013 Toyota Highlander I purchased while I was with the very nice finance gentleman, Mat. Was & still am very pleased with my vehicle & experience with him & overall with Toyota West. Thank you. More

I couldn't have worked with a better sales rep than Brandon Barnthouse; he was patient, understanding, and highly knowledgeable. I absolutely love my new Highlander! I also want to give a quick shout out to Milt in the finance department - he had me laughing the entire time, and definitely made the payment process as enjoyable as it could be.
