We were greeted by Mike shortly after parking, he was polite, professional and genuine. I knew what I was looking for and Mike found that vehicle in state and had it transferred to the dealership the nex polite, professional and genuine. I came in for a routine 6 month rotation and inspection. I was recommended to spend over $1400.00 for four new tires and new rotors The car is 6 1/2 years old with 31,000 miles. After consulting my trusted auto mechanic, I decided that Toyota West was trying to see "what was in my wallet" more than anything else. As a senior citizen on fixed income, I have to be careful of these tactics. In addition, the representative recommended new wiper blades for $74.00! When they went to install them, they realized they were the wrong ones, and that they didn't have mine in stock! Overall, a disappointing experience. More
