We met a young salesman named Gonzalo Rao and he was so knowledgable about the 4 runners, not in a pushy way, just very friendly and approachable. Needless to say we ended up purchasing our new 4 Runner and are thrilled with it. His professionalism and knowledge are what convinced us to buy at Toyota West. The staff was very fair on our trade in and the finance manager was very professional and helpful as well. Gonzalo said he has only been in the business for about 8 months, we were very impressed and he has a bright future in the car business. I would refer Gonzalo to all of my family and friends. More

Excellent customer service My wife and I have been in the market for a new manual hatchback since the beginning of the month. Coming from 10yrs of driving experience with Toyot My wife and I have been in the market for a new manual hatchback since the beginning of the month. Coming from 10yrs of driving experience with Toyota Corollas, I decided to try out the Corolla iM. Toyota West was the only dealer within 150mi of me which had a blue 6-speed Toyota Corolla iM in stock. So we made the drive down to Columbus. The test-drive experience was a breeze. Gary was available to answer any questions I had, as well as to demonstrate some of the key features of the car. Brian was on hand post-drive to offer timely help with arranging payment/pricing options, and his and Gary's service sealed the deal for us. Despite a minor hiccup during the process of trading my previous vehicle in, Brian and Gary were available at all points throughout the trade/purchase process to make sure Anna and I were taken care of. If you're in the market for a new/used Toyota and value being treated as a person rather than just a customer, I'd highly suggest Toyota West! More

Service was fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly. The only thing is I got in my car on Sunday and noticed when they washed my car they broke my licens was fast and efficient.
