Take advantage of older people My mother ALWAYS took her car to Toyota west, they told her she needed a new oil pan because hers leaked from the drain plug.. as they were the only p My mother ALWAYS took her car to Toyota west, they told her she needed a new oil pan because hers leaked from the drain plug.. as they were the only people who did the oil changes they were at fault and I threatened with attorney,they said they would cover it.. my mother would not fully tell me what happened.. I found the paper work after she passed away... They replaced the pan an charged her over $1500.00 for labor.. too many times I asked for parts they replaced which they have to provide.. they always have an excuse for not providing parts.. she should have NEVER been charged and they refused to let me look under the car... Please avoid More
