I found the paper work after she passed away... They replaced the pan an charged her over $1500.00 for labor.. too many times I asked for parts they replaced which they have to provide.. they always have an excuse for not providing parts.. she should have NEVER been charged and they refused to let me look under the car... Please avoid More

Hossain was honest, transparent, and bent over backwards to help me get what I wanted. He went above and beyond to help me locate the exact model of 4Runner I wanted and got me another one when the first one wasn't to my liking. Hossain could've sent me on my way, but he continued to work hard to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. He also did a great job of making sure my wife was informed while I was looking at the vehicles (and making sure my son had popcorn). Overall, a great customer service experience.
