Incompetent title clerk My wife called the dealer on Oct 15, questioning why we have not received our title yet. The temporary expire on the Oct 18. The title clerk told her she have sent out two weeks ago. Assume lost in the mail need to get a duplicate. So Oct 15 we ran around to get a duplicate title (Cost $16, plus time). Long be hold today (Oct 16) we received the title from Toyota West mailing date Oct 15. :( .The clerk should have called us back saving us for spending the money and time getting a duplicate title.
