I just bought my third car from Toyota West in Columbus, Ohio. This dealer is wonderful, everything always goes so smoothly and there are never any problems. My experience with Toyota west was absolutely a wonderful experience. My salesman Kevin was not aggressive and very laid back. It was a pleasure working with him. After having it towed there for repairs, i realized repairs were going to be more than what i thought. To me it was a better option to make a purchase. I had an unusual electrical problem with my older Toyota Truck that I had purchased from them. They diagosed the problem, which was the replacement windshield letting water leak onto the consolidated relay Truck that I had purchased from them. They diagosed the problem, which was the replacement windshield letting water leak onto the consolidated relay under the dashboard. When the problem reoccured, though it was not their fault, they arranged for the windshield to be replaced by the windshield installer, then replaced the relay panel again without charge. They remained patient and professional even though I was frustrated and possibly unpleasant. I have purchased a total of four new vehicles from Toyota West, though not recently. More

I went to two other Toyota dealerships in our area before stopping at Toyota west. It was a Saturday and they were busy but I was helped within about 4 to 5 minutes. They actually listened to what I wanted u stopping at Toyota west. It was a Saturday and they were busy but I was helped within about 4 to 5 minutes. They actually listened to what I wanted unlike the first two stores I went to. I had my financing set up with my credit union(telohio), and they sent all the paperwork directly to them making the whole process very easy. The first price they gave me on the car was lower than the "deals" the other two dealers gave me after hours of haggling. All in all I would recommend them if you are looking for a Toyota in the Columbus area. Oh and they gave me a free years worth of oil changes and service also. More
I would not buy from this dealership unless you like to be scammed. They will try and get you to sign a credit application even if you are paying cash or have your own loan secured. They will tell you the be scammed. They will try and get you to sign a credit application even if you are paying cash or have your own loan secured. They will tell you the "patriot act" requires you to provide two forms of identification, and that it is there policy for you to fill out this application for this requirement. This is a SCAM! Don't fall for this. Take you business elsewhere. More
Took over an hour for an oil change that was promised in 30. Male customers were served more quickly than female. Also, I gave them my phone number so they call when a longer service was finished. Without permission, they used that phone number to pester me with automated phone calls about their auto buy-back program. The manager was rude and unapologetic about this policy, which he considers "good customer service." (They'd already even sent me info about the program in the US mail.) I would not recommend this dealership. More
