I came to this dealership on Sunday, March 13th with my Mom, just to take a look at the cars. I own a Corolla and had convinced my Mom that she should get one too. I didn't buy a car the first time I was at Toyota West, but I did make several phone calls to Craig, and he was always professional and friendly which I greatly appreciated, and he even offered to help me out on his day off if it worked better for me and my schedule.
