I purchased a used 2014 Toyota Camry from Toyota West. This was in the spring of 2019. Shortly thereafter the transmission locked up on me which cost me $5,000. Within a short amount of time the engine started making loud noises. I had an independent mechanic take a look he then told me it was a junkyard motor numbers had been written on the side of the engine. I went forward with another mechanic and he verified that it had been a junkyard engine. They had on the vehicle $101,000 miles. How was I to know how many miles were on the junkyard engine that they installed. Please be cautious! More

Also I requested Leather seats I paid $1500 (fifteen hundred) toyota west refered me to call a third party to install, was unprofessional and tald me to wait for 30 days next day I canceled the Leather seats, after a week they refunded me $1000 (one thousand), they never told me ahead that I could lose $500. All they told me is that the third party has orderd the previous business day, that was a week after when I received the check by mail. More

Our first experience with Toyota West was with Kamri the online sales associate. She was very responsive not pushy just informative. She was great. Excellent Car Buying Experience I had a tremendous experience working with the team at Toyota West. I went in late on a Sunday afternoon and met with my salesperson, Kalid. Although I had a tremendous experience working with the team at Toyota West. I went in late on a Sunday afternoon and met with my salesperson, Kalid. Although it was nearly closing time, Kalid took special care with me and more importantly, my wife, to make sure she was able to see and drive the different Rav4 models she was interested in. We felt comfortable expressing our must-haves with Kalid along with the price point we wanted to stay under. We ending up not doing a deal that day but Kalid promised to follow-up with us later in the week to see how the search was going and update us if the dealership was able to accommodate our wishes. Kalid followed through with his promise and called us Wednesday with the car and deal we wanted and we picked the car up on Thursday. Knowing that I wanted to surprise my wife with the vehicle the next day, Kalid went above and beyond and drove my vehicle home so that I could get the new Rav4 home and into our garage just in time for my wife to get home from work! We worked with Justin in the financing department to sign all the necessary paperwork and he was knowledgeable (and patient) as I made sure we had all the necessary paperwork in place to do the deal. He took my call late Friday evening after I realized our insurance company did not offer GAP insurance for leased vehicles and then met us early Saturday morning to get that put in place on our contract. He was outstanding. Also worth mentioning, when we returned on Saturday morning, Ken was kind enough to show my wife some of the features on her vehicle that I couldn't remember from my demo earlier in the week! Superb customer service across the board from Toyota West! It was great to get the deal and vehicle we wanted but why I'll buy my next car from Toyota West is that their actions demonstrated that they cared about me and my wife's happiness as much as we did. We couldn't be happier about our purchase and we will definitely be returning the next time we're in the market for a new car. See you all soon! More
