I went to the dealership to sell a extra Toyota I am no longer driving. The sales person I dealt with was nice enough but she had to get her manager for a question and that when it all went down hill. I longer driving. I believe his name was Jeremy, he tried to bully us with misinformation from the second he started talking. When I looked up what he was saying and pointed out he was wrong he said quote 'I don't want to look at whatever you googled'. I was trying to show him for the information on our states title agency website. He told us he couldn't help us and to call back on a weekday. I did actually call the title agency to verify the information in question to make sure the site and myself were right. My husband called the dealership during the week day like I was told to see if someone could help and low and behold we got to talk to Jeremy again. Jeremy proceeded to be unhelpful and then inform us that we were rude when we had been there previously and that we should go somewhere else. Never once acknowledging that he was in fact wrong and didn't know what he was doing in the first place. More

I bought a Tacoma from Kalim Kahn on 2/19/2021 and had a good overall experience with this dealer. I had been looking at trucks from all brands since this would be my first purchase of a brand new vehicl good overall experience with this dealer. I had been looking at trucks from all brands since this would be my first purchase of a brand new vehicle, I wanted to test out as many different trucks as I could. Kalim made it simple for me to test drive a couple Tacomas (both manual and automatic) and Tundra. My buddy who came with me was trying to convince me to buy the Tundra but the price wasn't what I was looking to pay and I didn't want a big truck. This was around closing time for the dealer and I still had other trucks from other brands I wanted to test out. It was all good and I went along my way without much resistance other than a manager coming over and seeing if anything was wrong or could be done to seal the deal that night (pretty standard imo). A few days later I came back with the Tacoma in mind and Kalim worked with me to get a price I thought was fair. After agreeing on a price it took a little while to get to signing papers but nothing more than 20-30 minutes. A different floor manager whose name I can't remember came over and we talked about cars for a good 10-20 minutes. He's a car guy which my buddy and I are too so we all had a good time talking together. I had them remove the $890 "protection package" at the financing step and was given no hassle about doing so. The financing guy was cool and dealt well with my incessant questions about APR vs dealer incentive discounts. All in all I'm happy with my experience and my new truck. I know I'm not an easy person to sell things to and I tend to overthink everything so I appreciate that Kalim gave me time to do my thing without getting upset. More
