I bought a 2012 Prius C Four last weekend and our salesperson was Terry Williams. This was the absolute easiest, most perfect new car purchase I've been through. This was my first hybrid purchase, and while there's not a whole lot to know about it, Terry helped me understand the smart key system, in-dash radio features, warranties, etc. I would rate my experience a 6 out of 5 if I could. Our sales experience was very positive at Toyota West. This was only our second new car purchase so we have only one dealer to make the comparison. Our previous Sienna purchase was at Germain Toyota. To This was only our second new car purchase so we have only one dealer to make the comparison. Our previous Sienna purchase was at Germain Toyota. Toyota West was certainly faster in completing the transaction. I also felt that both the price we paid for our new Sienna and the trade in of the old was much more fair. In our previous transaction we ended up selling the old car ourselves as Germain did not make a reasonable offer. At Germain I felt pressured to buy a dealer trade as new even though there was minor cosmetic damage and several hundred miles on the car. So although ultimately I liked our old Sienna enough to buy a new one I was sure I would not shop at Germain again. My sister and brother in law have both purchased new Toyota's at Toyota West and felt they were treated fairly too. As I told Terry the day we were in I had earlier in the week been at Tansky. Tansky's sales staff person that I met with did not know much about the Sienna's and frankly the sales manager did not seem very professional either. In summary I was already sold on the Toyota brand so the dealership was an important part of our decision and I think we made a great choice. Thanks! More

Will was very knowledgeable about the new hybrids. He was never pushy to buy the car which made the process a lot easier. We instead purchased a Camry XLE after Will allowed us to drive it down the road and back. We feel this car is closer to the ride we was looking for plus it will save money in gas for years.
