This is the second time Gary Beck has gotten me a deal on a new Corolla (the other in 07)that has absolutely blown away the competition. Both times it is has been simple to get in and get out with the car. These people are smart competent and likeable. They keep their word on deals and do what it takes to close. Toyota West beat the other dealer I was checking out by $1,500 on my trade in. They had to find this car for me on the internet, did it in less than 2 days and I drove it home the third. Paper work took about 15 minutes and their processor got me a half point lower than the finance I was using. As far as follow up support, Gary was available whenever I had questions about my 07 which wasn't very often. Toyota West can do these things in my opinion because they deal high volume; they deal high volume because they do these things. If your looking for a Toyota, new or used, and your anywhere near this place, you'd be wise to check them out. More
