Sent inquiry on the RAV 4 through Toyota website to send to local dealerships. Michael was the first to respond and did so the next day. From our conversation on the phone he spoke to me personably rather to local dealerships. Michael was the first to respond and did so the next day. From our conversation on the phone he spoke to me personably rather than as a salesman trying to make a sale. I spoke to another dealership first. I was very unhappy with my experience at the prior dealership. Without any apparent effort Michael handled that by taking me back to the vehicle, confirming what the other dealership shared with me and because of his throughal knowledge found many things that wasn't shared. There was no dialogue from Michael as to why I should choose Toyota West over another local dealership. He asked me questions, provided answers to my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the process. . Michael is a "can do" salesman. His focus was not on himself but on my needs and with his personable personality made it easy to connect with, making the whole process smooth and successful. It's obvious Michael enjoys meeting people and understands what the purpose of a salesman is, something that has been much forgotten in this and other such industries today. I will return to Toyota West and refer everyone to Michael. More

He took great care of me, stayed two hours after the dealership was closed, walked me through everything step by step, showed me how to sync my phone with the car and how everything worked before I left, and above all, made me feel like he actually cared. Mike went the extra mile to show me that I could get the Camry for the same price as the Corolla. I felt he went the extra mile to make sure I was aware of all my options that fell into the budget area I was looking to get into. He already had a sale but went the extra effort to make sure I had all my available options in front of me to make an informed decision. After the sale he spent all the time we needed to show us the features of the vehicle and to answer every question we had. I applied online to lease a new Camry, David very prompt responded and went over what I was looking for and what I could afford. I asked to see if I could also get approved to buy the car b/c I was still u responded and went over what I was looking for and what I could afford. I dont have the best credit and they were able to get me approved and work with me to find a payment I could afford. My parents are looking for a new car and I plan to insist they come here first.
