I'm always apprehensive about car dealerships because of a bad experience I've had previously. I am new to the area and a friend recommended Toyota West for their reputation. I feel like I have a team at Toyota West. My service man is Brian and my mechanic is Brian Cochran. Both are excellent at their jobs. Both Brians helped me with knowing what future service will be needed to my car. My car is a 2005 Avalon and is in great shape but is starting to need update and more maintenance.
