The technicians at this dealership are not thorough at all. I’m not even sure they truly check things out. They only go by what is recommended. Gotta wonder hiw many people look at their invoice. They changed it but could have gotten away with it. Place is overpriced. Shay’s went here since worked down the street. Well I retire Dec. 31st. The overall process was great. Came in one Sunday to test drive vehicle and Chris W was knowledgeable and quickly arranged. The whole process was hassle free and I was on my way in a reasonable time period. Picked up the car the next day. I happily recommend the dealership and the two gentlemen who guided me through the process. It does help to do some homework before starting this process. More

The sales process went nicely, but after that it has turned into a nightmare. No sales manager is ever available, they won't return my calls. I was supposed to be receiving a check for my out of state r turned into a nightmare. No sales manager is ever available, they won't return my calls. I've been waiting 2 months for this check. It does not take 2 months to mail something. But since nobody there will answer or call me back. There's no way for me to know if it's lost or never sent.
