Example: I just spent $825 on two new keys for my vehicle (including programming). We were told there was a service 'backup' this past week but I wasn't in a hurry and left the vehicle there as long as they needed it. 7 days later I got my vehicle back and... it works like a charm! Nevertheless, for over $800 bucks for 2 keys and for being extremely patient on service turn around my vehicle came back to me looking like it had set out on the lot for seven days. For that price and for that duration the very least Toyota of Walnut Creek could have done was washed my car's exterior. More

They were calm and friendly. Very good listeners and seemed honestly interested my finding a vehicle that worked for my needs. Once a vehicle was chosen, they were extremely helpful with my financing options and made sure my pricing and terms were very favorable to my unique situation. More

My daughter has a Scion TC that she has kept very wel RANT against horrible treatment by Walnut Creek Toyota and Corporate Toyota. Don't shop there! My daughter has a Scion TC that she has kept very well maintained. A mechanic at WC Toyota checked it and said it was fine. It is now making alarming clanking noises upon start up. She takes it to an independent mechanic and is informed that her oil level is extremely low and her engine needs to be replaced because there are metal shavings in the engine! Toyota's Service Manager, Ken, says that Scions are know for this problem but it's not their mechanic's fault and she should call corporate. Corporate says it's the dealership's problem. Over 15 calls later and getting the runaround, no one will even return her phone calls anymore! And now she's stuck with in an in-operable car. More

The salesman Tauriq was excellent, he was truthful and wasn't pushy like salesmen I encountered at other dealers while car shopping. Once we settled on a 2017 Rav4 the sales manager Omid and finance director Tim did a great job of getting the keys in our hands and the car on the road in a timely matter. Car buying can be a painful experience but it doesn't have to be. Make Walnut Creek Toyota the first dealership you visit and save yourself a bunch of hassle. More

They completely forgot to pick me up once until I repeatedly called them. Today, the same adventure is happening. They have had my car for over 24hrs. After informing me hat they would have someone pick me up (after I rang them), I have been waiting over 2 hrs to be picked up so that I can pay a large sum for my car maintenance and recuperate my car. The agents are polite but the customer pick up service is disorganized, showing how unimportant they consider this service. Still waiting. . . More
