An extreme rip off of service. They take advantage of you and charge you for items you did not request and force you to pay or they will not return your vehicle. I never asked for any of the services just a simple oil change, tire rotation and maintenece and my bill came out to $2,000.00. I am going to BBB, Toyota corporate and the head franchisee. This is disgust and unethical practices. As an employer who takes care of my employees, I will not allow this injustice. Stay away. If I could give a negative I would. More

I received 2 emails from the sales manager, asking for another chance. I went back out. They were completely open to negotiating a fair price for my trade in. They worked out the financing in a way that I could deal with the monthly payment. The 2 sales people were willing and able to do whatever it took and I left with the car I wanted, and this is the 3rd car that I’ve purchased from Walnut Creek Toyota. I’m glad I went back and very excited about the car I got. Both the seller and the buyer were happy with the outcome. Yes, I would recommend Walnut Creek Toyota to anyone looking for as fair a deal one can get when purchasing a car. More

Plus, in general, car dealers aren’t known for being straightforward, easy to work with and customer-first. And if they are, they’re charging you a ton of extra $$$. Well, these guys are all of that and more. Starting with a no negotiate fair market price (I did a ton of research on the car value) and a no pressure buying process with Josh, to working with Deprest with my trade in (also willing to work with me on a solid value), to Mr Khan being willing to take the car back no questions asked in the 3-5 day window. This really was a buying experience where I felt they were willing to hear our, respect and work with the customer. Larry in service, who arranged an inspection walk thru of my purchase weeks after to advise me/and keep me confident was the most outstanding of them all. I’ve definitely found the service center I plan to work with in Larry and his team. More than anything, I appreciate how everyone on this team does business. Rare for these days in general and especially for car dealers. Major respect. Only wish is they would’ve been more flexible on the extended warranty price. But they stuck to saying it was fixed (didn’t purchase) More
I sent the inquiry in to see if the car I wanted to buy was available and I got a quick response from Ben Cahua. I tried to set up a time to see RAV4 over the weekend however he emailed me back with this m was available and I got a quick response from Ben Cahua. I tried to set up a time to see RAV4 over the weekend however he emailed me back with this message: "he vehicle actually is not ready just yet, needs to finish going through our service department and will likely be ready next week. I will keep you updated on it." I responded OK and I never heard back from him. That's too bad since I was ready to buy. The dealership is probably good however Ben apparently is not good at follow-up or keeping his word. More
I originally made a review on Yelp as "Steve L. " when I purchased my Toyota Camry from Ron Williams in 2021. I am not able to make another review, so I'm making one here for their excellent service. When I get my regular maintenance checks, I usually get William Haley, who does an excellent and quick job, and I usually try and make sure Toyota knows via their requested feedback. However, in November of 2022, I also received some awesome service from Klayton Bibiano. I've called Toyota Walnut Creek to request their feedback form but never received one. I know this is considered their "report card," so I want to make sure Klayton also gets the recognition he deserves. In November of 2022, I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid wasn't being discharged—a few days before I was scheduled to drive to Southern California! Everyone knows how much road debris one can accumulate on the 5 Freeway, and windshield wiper fluid is a must. I brought my car to Toyota Walnut Creek and they discovered a blown fuse. They quickly fixed it within two hours and also gave me an explanation and run-through of what went wrong. Thanks, Toyota Walnut Creek, for saving the day! And thanks, Klayton, for providing some excellent, honest, and speedy service! More

After I got the truck home I found that the rod needed to operate the jack and lower the spare tire was missing (something that the service department should have found when they took in the used vehicle). When I contacted my salesman, his reply was, "this was an "as-is" sale, you're out of luck. If one cannot access the spare tire to change it, this is a potential safety item and unacceptable on a $33,000.00 vehicle. This one piece should have been no issue. In the future I would NEVER purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. It's been over a week now and they have not gotten back to me! More
