I have had 2 poor service experiences. The sales experience was the worst of my life. Don’t go there. The salesman was shady and lied to me about features on car, never mentioned the car had had d experience was the worst of my life. Don’t go there. Brought Prius in for 60M check. They called but I missed the call. Ended up calling 4 times in 2hr no one returned call. Finally was told my person had gone home sick. Scammers!! I left this dealership in tears when the service rep kept insisting that to maintain my warranty my 60k mile service was going to be over $800. He was saying that there were things required that were not listed in my maintenance record book that came from Toyota when I bought my van brand new. It was horrible and he wouldn't back down and kept insisting that he knew more than I did, which he does but i can read the manual!! I called Toyota Customer Sevice and complained. I was supposed to get a call from the dealership within 24 hours - nope. It has been a week and no call. I found another dealership an hour away that didn't lie to me and tell me that things were required that were not actually required. They offered me additional services beyond what was required but it was my choice. They didn't try to scare me by saying I'd lose my warranty if I didn't add on the additional services. The other dealership answered my questions and were kind and understanding. This was not our first time having problems with Toyota Vallejo - one time, despite saying they topped off all my fluids they didn't. They are just lying cheaters. More

I had found a Certified Preowned Toyota Sienna SE Premium online last night and gave them a call to see if they still had the vehicle and they transferred me over to Ricky. He physically went to make sure the vehicle was on the lot still and had the options I was looking for. I set up an appointment to come look at it this afternoon with him. He came in on his day off just to help us. When we got there Ricky greeted us and brought us to the van which was pulled up front. Him and I went for a test drive after he showed me some of the options the van had. During the test drive he held conversation about his family and my family. Almost like we were old friends. I did not feel like he was just trying to sell me a vehicle. After driving the vehicle my husband and I made the decision to talk numbers. We were also trading a vehicle and had a number in mind of what we wanted to spend out the door. Ricky came back with the numbers and the trade in value was not where we wanted so he went back and told them it was a done deal if we could get another price and we got it. He made sure to explain all of the benefits of buying preowned. We signed the papers and Ricky helped me download the Toyota app for the van. He then helped me set it all up and showed me everything inside the van and how it worked. Definitely one of the best services I have gotten especially from a dealership. Ricky is great (ask for him) and I would recommend visiting Toyota Vallejo if you are in the market for a vehicle. Everyone is great. More

I had my 2015 toyota Sienna LE for a trac-off light on with engine light the first, before when we were about to go home after our disneyland trip. Trac off and engine light turn on while i was in the freeway. I took my van to the nearest Toyota Dealer, and that was Anaheim toyota. They fix my van by reseting the van. It took a long 3-5 hours. I didn't pay anything due to there was no problem to fix as stated by the service personal. There nothing showing that there was anything wrong with the van, the das lights just turn on. The hospitality was awesome. They have refreshments from cold bottled water, donuts, danish, cup o noodles, chips, and coffee for free while we are waiting. My point is, I paided $200.00 diagnostic fee that they couldn't diagnosed. $200.00 for a reset? Nothing was done to my van. Reset the dash lights and its gone. More

The Toyota Vallejo dealership has provided many misleading quotes for an all cash purchase of a Toyota Prius 2018, stock number 57983, VIN number JTDKBRFU3J3077592. What was really bad (and the reason for this review) is that they confirmed this pricing many times by e-mail and by phone, including on the day that I was going to purchase the car. It became apparent on 11/23/2018 (Black Friday) that Toyota Vallejo never had any intent whatsoever of ever selling me that vehicle for anything even remotely close to the price provided. They have confirmed or "improved" the pricing on the same exact vehicle at least 6 different times between 11/2/2018 and 11/23/2018, including multiple times by phone (I had a number of administrative questions regarding my trade in vehicle, hence the multiple calls) and multiple times by e-mail. On 11/23/2018 (Black Friday) I was ready to purchase the vehicle, cash in hand. I called the dealership multiple times that day to make sure the car was still in stock (it was) and to confirm the agreed upon out the door price of $22037 OTD, which was confirmed multiple times by phone. I cleaned out the interior of my trade-in car (including child seats), and was filling it up with gas so I could make the drive to the dealership - and that's when I decided to get a written OTD statement. As soon as the dealership got my request - not only did the dealership immediately back out of it's $22037 verbally agreed upon OTD price, but they also backed out completely of sending me any OTD quotes whatsoever, and completely backed out of any previous quotes they provided on that same vehicle, even though they confirmed the price by phone at least 3 times in the morning and afternoon of 11/23/2018 and multiple times previously. The vehicle in question was still available to purchase on 11/23/2018. The dealership immediately backed out of the following (previously confirmed multiple times): 11/02/2018 quote of $20508 + tax & license with $1.5k rebate 11/07/2018 quote of exactly the same as 11/02/2018 11/22/2018 confirmation of $20308 + tax & license, with $2.0k factory rebate 11/23/2018 multiple confirmation of $22307 OTD as well as later $22007 OTD pricing. Dealers like this are damaging to the Toyota brand. More

Always a pleasure to go into Toyota Vallejo I just bought my 2nd Avalon from them. My first was 13 years old and in like new condition, Only a wreck could separate me from that car! Annie was standing outside and we immediately connected. They only had one used Avalon in stock and I got it!! No hassle, no high pressure. My first Avalon was new and this one is a 2010 because at my age (69) I don't want to take on payments. The 2010 looks and feels new and I am loving all the new gadgets from 2002. The guy's in the shop are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Toyota Vallejo for new, used cars or service. More
I went here about 5 days ago and wanted to see the Sienna LE and I got to test drive it. I asked for Kino, since my father had done business with him years before and he took care of us right away when we go LE and I got to test drive it. I loved the car but they did not have the color I wanted which was the dark grey so I put it off and searched online for one in the color I wanted. During my search I found a awesome deal on a SE fully equipped, I would silly not to take it, I was able to get the same deal here, although they did not have the color I wanted Kino kept in touch and not in the pushy way most salesmen are. I had found the color I wanted at Hanlees in Richmond and went there yesterday, I had the OTD price which according to them also included an additional $200 off and I was ready to just sign paperwork. However they tried to work me with numbers claiming my APR was 5.99% with 790 credit score, then they could drop the APR to 3.99% I laughed and walked away. How do you drop APRs? not only that I did my calculations for payments and they were giving monthly payments without including my down payment!! What did I do? I called Kino after Toyota had closed and he called me right back!! I asked about APRs and he told me he would look into it. He found me a great APR A LOT lower for 72 months. I drove to Toyota today after work and sat down with him. He didn't try to work me with numbers, as we had prearranged the price of the vehicle through e-mails, he was honest, told me what I could get the car for- REALISTICLY, did not lie to me AT ALL and was very upfront, he brought me out a detailed sheet with all the prices and my OTD price and monthly payments. We signed paperwork and viola' The car is in my driveway! WHY DID I EVER WANT TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE?? My monthly payments are significantly less than they would have been if I signed with Hanlees even though they were dropping the car OTD 200$ more than Vallejo. All details of the car were shown to me prior to leaving and Kino and Jason made sure I understood all the features my car included. You want an honest salesman (I know who would of thought ) ASK FOR KINO!! THANK YOU SO MUCH KINO AND TOYOTA VALLEJO I LOVE MY NEW VAN!! More
