Genuine service Toyota Town of Stockton is one of the few places where I feel that my concerns are carefully listened to. There are too many businesses that claim to Toyota Town of Stockton is one of the few places where I feel that my concerns are carefully listened to. There are too many businesses that claim to provide "customer service" when all they really want to do is handle basic issues and move on to the next person in line. Having grown up in a generation where customers were treated with respect and courtesy, I find these traits to be most valuable. In particular, Erick Gomez does a great job with helping me feel comfortable with the work that needs to be done on my vehicle, explaining each step and discussing the associated costs. The only surprise I get when I have my vehicle serviced at Toyota Town is when they call me earlier than promised. More
