Friendly service They appeared to be busy, but even with having a pre-scheduled appointment my oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours and then they had to repl They appeared to be busy, but even with having a pre-scheduled appointment my oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours and then they had to replace a tire, which took another 2 hours. However, the serviceman I worked with, Erick Gomez, was very nice and extremely helpful when there was a miscommunication about whether or not they could replace my tire with a nail in it, which was luckily still under its one year warranty. Also, the cashiers were all very friendly and good at building rapport with me while I paid my service bill. Overall, good experience! More

Service Department Rick Macias was the person who helped set the appointment to diagnose the radio center. The bottom of my touch screen buttons weren’t working. Good thing I had coverage for any electronic issues with $0 deductible. Though they had to order the part to have it replaced.
