I was very disappointed when I arrived for my first service appointment following purchase of my Rav4. I was on time, 930 AM. The pile up of cars in front of me numbered about 18. No one was outside to service appointment following purchase of my Rav4. I was on time, 930 AM. The pile up of cars in front of me numbered about 18. No one was outside to direct cars or owners. I sat in this pile up for about 15 minutes before cars began to move forward. I had been considering leaving by this time. The reason for the 4 star rating: once inside I was registered quickly. The Service professional was caring and apologized for the wait. The customer waiting area was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Complimentary beverage was supplied. The expected wait time of 2 hours for basic service turned into 4 hours, however. Had I known I would wait that long, I would have taken an UBER home 25 mins out of town. I recommend that someone needs to be outside with the waiting customers to direct traffic and give assurance that expected service will be completed. More
