He called me right away and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured. I called all of the Toyota dealerships in the area and the Stockton Toyota Town was the cheapest for this car. I was so happy that they had my color in stock and the exact car that I wanted. He did do some research to help me find a white one but I didn't want to pay more for the color so I got silver. 0% financing and no payment for 90 days sealed the deal for me. I planned to wait until October to buy a new car but Adam made it too easy so we went for it. I lOVEEE my new car. More

We usually hate vehicle shopping so this has a fairy tale ending. We knew what we wanted and researched prices online. When we clicked on the Internet sales for other dealers, they wouldn't proceed without ending. We knew what we wanted and researched prices online. He found a better vehicle than we had in mind for a better price than we expected and no monkey business. We came in with our own financing, but Jeff in loans found us as good a rate at the closing without the extra fee. We were in and out in two hours. This was the smoothest experience we have had with a new vehicle experience. Kudos to all who made it happen! P.S. A different dealership we had tried had four different people calling us on the phone instead of working with us by email--just what we did not want to happen! They started out saying they couldn't give us what we wanted and trying to talk us into something else. Before coming to the dealer I did my own intial research on the internet of the likely cause of the problem I was experiencing with my Prius. It turns out that it was symptomatic of an inverter pump failure on the Prius. Previous years of the Prius had this item recalled and replaced without charge. However, my vehicle is a 2008 which is one year outside of the recall which included 2007 at the latest. I called the Toyota service hotline to get more details, and they confirmed that the recall would not be honored for the 2008 model unless at a later date the number of failures of the inverter pump required them to do so. After calling around to three dealers, Rick at Toyotatown offered to replace it for free anyway, if it was indeed the problem. I brought it in, was provided top notch customer service, and after it was confirmed that it was the inverter pump, was able to leave without paying anything and was even offered a coupon to get the car washed because it was raining on the day of the service. I have never received such service at this level of excellence from any dealer in the past. I believe that they have likely run into the inverter pump problem enough in the past and were preemptively solving the problem rather than put a customer through a delayed recall process. Such an approach is in the customer's best interest and should be to their credit. More

I have always been able to quickly get my car in for service. Toyota Town has always completed the service work in a prompt manner. You know, I was just telling my friend yesterday, that this dealership is amazing. I joked about the fact that it is almost spooky how helpful, happy and courteous everyone is. I say spooky because it is almost like everyone is TOO nice and TOO helpful. It is almost to the point of being suspicious. (LOL) I have been going there for each 5000 mile service, and I am now at 60,000, so have had ample opportunity to observe. I am struck by the fact that they have the same personell consistantly working the service department. They all seem to like each other and cover for each other to perform the highest level of customer service. I like the consitancy in personell and it give me the feeling that I can trust the dealership. It may sound corney but the atmosphere there almost feels like a family. Everyone seems to have such positive energy and they project a professional image. Their customer service department treats me like I am "someone special" each time I am there. Because I feel I can trust the dealership, my next car will be purchased from them if at all possible and I will continue to have my car serviced by them. I don't even care if it costs a little more because I trust them. Also, the fact that I can sit and do work and access the internet while I wait also is very helpful for a busy working professional, so this is another thing they are also doing right. My only negative comment is that I got a little "cold" while waiting...I was in the showroom and it was a little "breezy" in there for some reason. I anm a picky consumer. If I thought they were doing something incorrect, I would tell you (and them) in a heartbeat. I don't pull punches with critsim or praise. I have to tell you, these people are doing something right! In fact, theseguys should be a training facility for other customer service oriented businesses. I can't beleive i just said all that. But I meant it. GOOD JOB TOYOTA TOWN OF STOCKTON! More
